Nosebleed or in medical language is called epistaksis very common in children, however many parents are frightened and confused when her son was found to nosebleeds. Nosebleed itself is not a disease but a symptom of a disease, it means nosebleed can occur due to various causes of mild to severe.

Nosebleeds are symptoms of nasal bleeding that can occur due to local disorder for the nasal cavity or because of abnormalities that occur in other places of the body. Local disorder can be a trauma such as nose picking, fall, blow, foreign body in the nose, and irritation that stimulates the gas.

Other disorders that cause bleeding, infection throughout the body such as dengue fever, hormonal disorders and congenital abnormalities.

Nyepi Day In Bali

I finally arrived in this room after 2 days and 2 nights to celebrate nyepi days at my in-laws place in the village of Lembongan, Nusa Lembongan Island. An island that is located about 1.5 hours boat ride to the east of the Sanur Beach Denpasar Bali.

Nyepi in Nusa Lembongan has its own preoccupations, in addition to distance from the noisy city. In those moment, I also met with my wife's family. 

My Activities there are not special to tell here because just as nyepi in the city. Nyepi in Lembongan is also prohibition applies to travel outside the home. Virtually all day just to stay in-law's house. Unfortunately, electricity was also extinguished by the local power plan and the village become more quiet’s like nyepi translations.

The management of hypertension are:

Without drug treatment, among other things: a diet low in salt / cholesterol / saturated fat, emotional stress relief, stop smoking / alcohol, and light physical exercise and regular.

Antihypertensive drugs. There are many types of antihypertensive drugs currently available. For the selection of appropriate drugs are expected to call the doctor.
