Hypertension (High Blood Pressure)

In  a mid the spread of fast food which contains fat and some lifestyle changes urban society, the impact of disease as a disease of lifestyle changes that will appear more and more. One such disease is hypertension or high blood pressure.

  • Aerobic exercise
  • Learn the ways to control stress.

The management of hypertension are:

Without drug treatment, among other things: a diet low in salt / cholesterol / saturated fat, emotional stress relief, stop smoking / alcohol, and light physical exercise and regular.

Antihypertensive drugs. There are many types of antihypertensive drugs currently available. For the selection of appropriate drugs are expected to call the doctor.
